İşletmelerde kurumsal kaynak planlaması uygulamalarında kritik başarı faktöreleri

Bu makalede kurumsal kaynak planlamasının başarılı bir şekilde uygulanmasına etki eden kritik başarı faktörleri incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, ERP sisteminin özellikleri ve gelişimi ile sistem hakkında genel bilgilerin sunulmaktadır. Günümüz ortamında küresel elemanlar olan rekabet, hız, yüksek hacimli üretim, yüksek kalite, düşük maliyet ve düşük stok gibi kriterlerin yerine getirilmesi için yönetim sistemlerinin tam, etkin ve entegre çalışması zorunlu hale gelmiştir. Kurumsal Kaynak Planlamasının çok kapsamlı ve uzun zaman alan bir sistem olması ve uzman ve katılımcı bir yönetim gerektirmesi nedeniyle işletme faaliyetleri sürekli bir değişim ve gelişim içindedir.

In this paper, the places which Enterprises Resource Planning (ERP) that takes place in the advanced data technologies is active at the activities could be investigated. In this study presenting general information about the features of ERP system. In our environment today, in order to perform the criterions like competition, speed, production at high volume, high quality, low cost and less stock, it has been obligatory for the managing systems to work completely, effectively and as integrated. Since Enterprises Resource Planning is a very comprehensive and long period system, and as it requires a long and participative administration, the activities of business are continuously in alteration and development. Although this development indicates difference at several sub units, it has got a level that can be expressed concretely.
