Sağlık İletişimi: Yaşlıların Televizyonda Yayınlanan Sağlık Programlarını İzleme Motivasyonları

Sağlık ve iletişim kavramlarını yan yana getiren sağlık iletişimi, akademik çevrelerin son yıllarda çokça ilgilenmeye başladıkları disiplinler arası bir alandır. Son 30 yılda özellikle Amerika'da adından sıkça söz ettiren sağlık iletişimi alanına ülkemizde de son yıllarda bir yöneliminin olduğu görülmektedir. Alan, kitle iletişim araçları üzerinden sağlık mesajlarının verilmesinin yanı sıra sağlık hizmetlerinin sunumu ve tüketimi, hasta – doktor iletişimi, gibi geniş bir yelpazeyi kapsamaktadır. Sağlık iletişimini konu edinen bu araştırma yaşlıların televizyonda yayınlanan sağlık programlarını izleme motivasyonlarını ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır.
