İşyeri Maneviyatı ve Örgütsel Güven Arasındaki İlişki Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Bu çalışmanın amacı, işyeri maneviyatı ile örgütsel güven arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır. Bu alanda çalışma yapan araştırmacılara ve uygulayıcılara veri sağlamak araştırmanın diğer bir amacıdır. Araştırmada işyeri maneviyatı; anlamlı iş, topluluk duygusu, örgütsel değerlerle uyum, örgütsel bağlılık, işten ayrılma niyeti, içsel iş tatmini, işe dahiliyet, organizasyonel tabanlı benlik saygısı boyutlarıyla temsil edilmiştir. Örgütsel güven, dürüstlük, güvenilirlik, yetkinlik, karşılıklı kontrol, bağlılık, memnuniyet, özdeşleşme, çalışanlara karşı duyarlılık, açıklık ve incinebilirlik boyutlarıyla ifadelendirilmiştir. Araştırmada anket yöntemi kullanılmış olup, anketler otomotiv yan sanayi çalışanlarına uygulanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre, memnuniyet ve özdeşleşme ile anlamlı iş; incinebilirlik ve güvenilirlik ile topluluk duygusu; açıklık ile işten ayrılma niyeti; güvenilirlik ile içsel iş tatmini; özdeşleşme ile işe dahiliyet; karşılıklı kontrol ile organizasyonel tabanlı benlik saygısı arasında pozitif yönlü, çalışanlara karşı duyarlılık ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasında negatif yönlü ilişkinin olduğu anlaşılmaktadır

A STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORKPLACE SPIRITUALITY AND ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST

The aim of this study is to research the relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational trust. The other purpose of this study is to provide data to researchers and practitioners working in this field. Workplace spirituality has been represented with meaningful work, sense of community, alignment with organizational values, organizational commitment, intention to quit, intrinsic work satisfaction, job involvement, and organizational based self-esteem aspects in this study. Organizational trust has been expressed with integrity, dependability/ reliability, competence, control mutuality, commitment, satisfaction, identification, concern for employees, openness/honesty and vulnerability aspects. Survey method was used in this study, and the surveys were administered to employees of the automotive supply industry. According to the research results, it has been found that there are positive relations between satisfaction, identification and meaningful work; vulnerability, dependability and sense of community; openness and intention to quit; dependability and intrinsic work satisfaction; identification and job involvement; control mutuality and organizational based self-esteem, and negative relations between concern for employees and intention to quit.
