Hz. Ömer sahabelerden biridir. Kendisi Hz. Peygamberin sohbetlerine katılmış ve vahyinnüzûlüne tanık olmuştur. Bu süreçte nazil olan ayetlerin bir kısmı Hz. Ömer hakkındaolmuştur. Bunun sebebi ise, Hz. Ömer'in ayetler üzerinde ve toplumsal meselelerhakkında fikir yürütmesidir. Hz. Ömer'in bu tutumunun sonuçları olmuştur. Bazen Allahtarafından uyarılmış, bazen de onaylanmıştır. Bu süreç onun ayetlerle eğitimi anlamınageldiği için önemlidir. Bu eğitimin semeresi özellikle hilafeti döneminde belirgin olarakgörülmüştür.

Omar was one of the sahabe. He adjoined The Prophet’s conversations and witnessed stroking revelation. Some verses stroked about Omar. The reason for this Omar’s conducting idea about verses and social issues. Omar’s this attitude gave some results. He sometimes was cautioned by God and sometimes was approved. This process is important because it means his education with verses. This education’s positive results especially were appeared in his caliphate period.
