Bu araştırmanın amacı Covid- 19 pandemisi ile birlikte çevrimiçi eğitime geçilen yükseköğretim kurumlarında öğrenim gören öğrencilerin uygulanan çevrimiçi eğitime yönelik görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul ilinde bulunan bir vakıf üniversitesinin Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksekokulu Tıbbi Dokümantasyon ve Sekreterlik programında öğrenim gören öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Bu araştırma kapsamında öğrencilere uygulanan görüşme tekniği fiziki koşullar, idari hizmetler ve öğretim elemanları ile ilgili 3 ana kriter ve bu ana kriterlere bağlı toplam 9 alt kriter betimsel analiz ile 20 öğrencinin görüşleri alınarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamına dâhil edilen öğrencilerin kimlik bilgileri gizli tutulmuş olup, araştırma kapsamında öğrenciler 1 den 20’ye kadar Ö1,Ö2 vb. şeklinde kodlanmıştır. Bu araştırma kapsamına alınan yirmi öğrencinin 6’sı 1.sınıf, 14’ü 2.sınıf öğrencisidir. Araştırma kapsamına alınan öğrencilerin 13’ü kız, 7’si erkektir. Araştırmaya dâhil edilen öğrencilerin yaşları 19 ile 30 arasında değişmekte olup, yaş ortalamaları 20.75’ tir. Nitel araştırma tekniklerinden görüşme tekniğinin kullanıldığı bu araştırmada, araştırma kapsamına dâhil edilen öğrencilerin genel olarak Covid-19 pandemisi sürecinde uygulanan çevrimiçi eğitimden memnun olmadığı, çevrimiçi eğitimin yüz yüze eğitim ile kıyaslandığında verimlilik açısından daha eksik durumda bulunduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

The purpose of this research is to determine the opinions of students studying in higher education institutions that have switched to online education with the Covid-19 pandemic about the applied online education. The universe of this research consists of the students studying in the medical documentation and secretariat program at health services vocational school of foundation university located in the province of Istanbul. Within the scope of this research, the interview technique applied to the students was analyzed by taking the opinions of 20 students with 3 main criteria related to physical conditions, administrative services and teaching staff, and a total of 9 sub-criteria related to these main criteria. The identity information of the students included in the study has been kept confidential, and within the scope of the research, students can be taken from 1 to 20 as Ö1, Ö2, etc. It is coded as. Of the twenty students included in this research, 6 are 1st grade students and 14 are 2nd grade students. 13 of the students included in the study are girls and 7 of them are boys. The ages of the students included in the study vary between 19 and 30, and their average age is 20.75. In this study, in which interview technique, one of the qualitative research techniques, was used, it was concluded that the students included in the study were generally not satisfied with the online education applied during the Covid-19 pandemic process, and that online education was less efficient compared to face-to-face education.
