Örgütsel davranış alanının önemli konularından sayılan örgütsel sosyalleşme, örgütsel bağlılık ve iş yeri romantizmi konuları bu çalışmanın konularını oluşturmaktadır. Sosyalleşmenin büyük bölümünün iş yerinde gerçekleştiği düşünüldüğünde, insanların benzer ilgi alanları ve özelliklere sahip olan diğer çalışanlarla yakın ilişki kurmak istemeleri kaçınılmazdır. Örgütsel sosyalleşme süreci, örgüt ile çalışanlar arasındaki etkileşimi kapsamaktadır ve temel amacı çalışanların işlerine adapte olmalarını ve işlerinde uzmanlaşmalarını sağlamaktır. Sosyalleşme sonucu çalışanlar örgütsel bağlılık göstererek örgütleri için özverili çalışmaktadırlar. Yazında daha önce yapılan çalışmalarda örgütsel sosyalleşmenin iş yeri romantizmiyle doğrudan bir ilişkisinden söz edilmediği ve örgütsel bağlılığın böylesi bir ilişkide aracılık etkisinin olduğu bulunduğundan bu çalışmada bu aracılık etkisinin ortaya çıkartılması amaçlanmıştır. 1. THE EFFECT OF WORKPLACE ROMANCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL SOCIALIZATION AND THE BROKERAGE ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT

Regarded as one of the major topics in the field of organizational behavior, organizational socialization, organizational commitment, romance and workplace issues are the subjects of this study. Socialization thought to be at work when the majority of people who have similar interests and abilities they want to establish close relationships with other employees is inevitable. Organizational socialization process involves interaction between the organization and working with the main purpose to adapt to their jobs and businesses is to provide specialization in. Socialization as a result of dedicated employees are working for the organization by demonstrating organizational commitment. In studies conducted in the summer before a direct relationship with organizational socialization workplace romance is not mentioned and the mediating effect of organizational commitment in a relationship such as that found in this study is intended to demonstrate the mediating effect.
