THE FUTURE OF CREATING E-HEALTH SYSTEM IN KYRGYZSTAN
Currently, the health sector of the Kyrgyz Republic used information systems and databases, primary collected manually, which allows significant errors due to the fault of the "human factor". Create and share digital resources to enhance public access to information about their health, improving public awareness on healthy living, disease prevention, improve the quality of the receiving medical care service quality in health care organizations. E-health should cover the primary and emergency care, prevention of diseases and hospital treatment, drug provision. Clinic and hospital in the country to be equipped with medical information systems, with the help of electronic medical records. The establishment of a national database of medicines will enable: fiscal authority, citizens via electronic system see registration and realization of medicines identified barcode. Registered in the system of the company and buyers can directly learn stable and same prices across the country. If the information is open, it will increase competition, bringing the rise and the quality of the services and the prices will be less than optimal.
