Yapı elemanlarının yangına dayanım performanslarının Avrupa Birliği direktiflerine göre sınıflandırılması ve konunun Türkiye-Avrupa genelinde irdelenmesi

Avrupa Birliğine uyum çerçevesinde Türkiye'de her alanda köklü değişiklikler yaşanmakta olup, bu değişimden yapı sektörü de önemli ölçüde etkilenmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın amacı; yapı elemanlarının yangına dayanım performanslarına ilişkin yeni Avrupa Sınıflarının tanıtılması ve bu konuda geliştirilen yeni yaklaşımların ortaya konmasıdır. Bu amaçla makalede; yapı elemanlarının yangına dayanım performanslarına ilişkin ortak Avrupa Sınıflarına yer verilerek, ulusal sınıflardan Avrupa sınıflarına geçiş konusunda, Avrupa Birliğine üye ülkelerde ve Türkiye'de yapılan uyum çalışmaları ortaya konulmuştur. Bu çalışma sonucunda ise; yapı sektörümüzün yangın güvenliği alanında radikal bir değişime doğru yol aldığı görülmüştür.

Classification of fire resistance of building elements according to European Union directives and comparison between Turkey and Europe

In the frame of European Union (EU) harmonisation fundemental changes have been experienced in Turkey and construction sector has been affected considerably. The aim of this study is to introduce the new Euroclasses related with the fire resistance of building elements, and to display the new approaches developed in this subject . With this purpose in this article, the common Euroclasses on fire resistance of building elements and the harmonisation works of EU Member States and Turkey in the subject of transition from national to the common Euroclasses will be given. As a result, this study showed that our construction sector is heading towards the radical changes in the field of fire security.
