Tel erozyon yönteminde işleme parametrelerinin alüminyum alaşımının yüzey yapısına etkisi

Bu çalışmada, tel erozyon yönteminde dielektrik sıvı sirkülasyon basıncı, puls süresi, gerilim ve tel ilerleme hızı parametrelerine bağlı olarak alüminyum alaşımının yüzey pürüzlülüğü ve mikroyapı değişimi incelenmiştir. Kesme işlemlerinden sonra, numunelerin mikroyapılan SEM ve optik mikroskopta incelenmiştir. Mikrosertlik ve yüzey pürüzlülük ölçümleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, numunelerin yüzey özellikleri işlem parametrelerine göre değişmekte ve malzemeden beklenen özelliklere göre uygun parametre seçilmesi gerekmektedir.

Effects of machining parameters on the surface texture of an aluminium alloy in WEDM process

In this study, the microstructure variation and the surface roughness in aluminium alloy according to puls on time, voltage, dielectric fluid circulation pressure and wire feed rate parameters were investigated in the WEDM. After cutting operations, the microstructure of specimens were examined by optic and SEM microscopy. The tnicrohardness and surface roughness were measured. It was concluded that the surface properties were depended on process parameters and from this view it was attained to conclusion that suitable parameters must be selected according to expecting properties from material.
