Bu çalışmada, Düzce Ovası sulamasında kanal tesis maliyeti ve bu maliyete etki eden etmenler ele alınmıştır. Bu amaçla beş ayrı bitki su tüketimi hesabı yöntemi seçilmiş, planlanan optimum bitki deseni esas alınarak bu yöntemlere göre sulama modülleri bulunmuş ve farklı modül, alan, kanal uzunluğu ve kanal eğimi ile kanal tesis maliyeti arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir.Sonuçta, Devlet Su İşleri 2002 yılı birim fiyatlarına göre; tesis maliyeti (TM), sulama modülü (q), kanal uzunluğu (L), ve kanal eğimi (J) arasında, TM= -4807873 + 3434996.39 q + 159.763 L -1.1x107 J şeklinde bir ilişki bulunmuştur.

In this study, irrigation network cost and factors affecting this cost is studied in Düzce Irrigation. For this aim, five different crop water requirement calculation methods is selected, irrigation modules are obtained according to these methods on the basis of planed optimum cropping pattern and different module, irrigation area, the relationship between three variables canal length and canal slope affecting the canal cost is investigated. As a result, according to State Hydraulic Works 2002 year unit price a relationship between these variables network cost , irrigation module, canal length, canal slope, is illustrated as an equation NC= -4807873 + 3434996.39 q + 159.763 L -1.1x107 J is found
