35 Cr 4 çeliğinin fretting yorulmasında ısıl işlemin çatlak ilerlemesine etkisinin araştırılması

Bu çalışmada, yaprak yay yapımında kullanılan 35 Cr 4 çeliğinin fretting yorulmasında temperleme sıcaklığının ve normal yükün yorulma çatlaklarının başlama ve ilerleme hızlarına etkisi incelenmiştir. Yorulma numuneleri, normalleştirme ısıl işlemi ve yağda sertleştirme işleminden sonra 300, 400 ve 500 °C de meneviş ısıl işleminden geçirilmişlerdir. Numuneler düzlem eğmeli bir yorulma deney düzeneğinde fretting yorulma deneylerine tabi tutulmuşlar ve belirli çevrimlerde, çatlak boyu optik mikroskop ile yorulma numunelerinin fretting bölgesindeki her iki kenar yüzeyinde ölçülmüştür.

The investigation of effect to crack propagation of heat treatments on fretting fatigue of 35 Cr 4 steel

In this study, the effects of tempering and normal load on the crack initiation and propagation on fretting fatigue of 35 Cr 4 steel used as leaf springs were investigated. The specimens were normalised and tempered at 300, 400 and 500 °C after oil quenched. Fretting fatigue tests were performed as reversed bending and the crack length were measured on two edges of fretting area of specimens at certain cycles with optical microscope
