Ratlarda UVB radyasyonunun lökosit sayısı, tipleri, immunoglobulin G miktarı ve bazı organlar üzerine etkileri

Bu çalışmada ratlarda UVB radyasyonun lökosit sayısı, lökosit tipleri yüzde oranlan, immunoglobulin G düzeyi ile patolojik olarak bazı organlar üzerine etkileri, araştırıldı. Onbeş haftalık Wistar albino erkefcratlar 10'u kontrol 10'u deneme olmak üzere 2 gruba ayrıldı. Deneme grubu ratlara 4 hafta süreyle artan dozlarda (25 - 610 mj / cm2) UVB radyasyonu uygulandı. The effect of UVB radiation on leucocyte number, types, immunoglubulin G level and some organs in rats

In this study, the effects of UVB radiation were searched on the leukocyte number, leukocyte percentage ratio, IgG level and patologically on the organs of the rats. Twenty 15 weeks old, male Wistar albino rats were seperated in two groups. While the 10 rats belonged to the experimental group, the rest İÜ rats were taken as control group. The experimental group was exposed to an increasing dose of UVB radiation (25-610 mj/cm2) for four weeks. The differences at the IgG level which is at the importance of p<0.05: the leukocyte number and the spleen weight of the experimental group having the importance of p<0.0005 were found significant statistically. The increase in the weight of liver and the variation related to the per-sentage of leukocyte values wasn't found statistically important.
