FİRMA YENİLİKÇİLİĞİ VE İHRACAT PERFORMANSI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ ÜZERİNDE REKABET YOĞUNLUĞUNUN DÜZENLEYİCİ ETKİSİ

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, firma yenilikçiliği ile ihracat performansı arasındaki ilişki üzerinde rekabet yoğunluğunun düzenleyici etkisinin var olup olmadığının incelenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, ilgili değişkenleri içeren bir model geliştirilmiştir. Araştırma amacına ulaşmak için Balıkesir, Bursa ve Kayseri illeri Organize Sanayi Bölgelerinde faaliyette bulunan ve ihracat yapan firmalar üzerinde anket yöntemi ile ihtiyaç duyulan veriler toplanmıştır. Toplam 321 anket dikkate alınarak analizler yapılmıştır. Analizler, SPSS ve AMOS programları kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, rekabet yoğunluğunun firma yenilikçiliği ile ihracat performansı arasındaki ilişki üzerinde düzenleyici etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir

MODERATOR EFFECT OF COMPETITIVE INTENSITY ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FIRM INNOVATION AND EXPORT PERFORMANCE

This study aims examining whether competitive intensity has moderator effect on relationship between firm innovation and export performance. In accordance with this purpose, a model was developed including related variables. In order to achieve this aim, the data was collected from firms that are operating and exporting in Balıkesir, Bursa and Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone using survey method. The analyses has been carried out with 321 valid questionares. SPSS and AMOS package programs have been used in the analyses. As a result of this study, the moderator effect of competitive intensity has been detected on relationship between firm innovation and export performance
