Burunun normalden küçük olduğu, doğumsal ve edinilmiş yüz deformiteleri rekonstrüksiyon açısından sorun oluşturur. Binder sendromu bu tür deformitelerden biridir. Binder Sendromunda deformite burunda sınırlı olmayıp maksilla ve vertebrayı etkileyen anomalilerden oluşmaktadır. Semer burun tanısı ile başvuran hastaların değerlendirilmesinde Binder sendromu akılda tutularak, deformitenin tanımlanmasında ve tedavi planının yapılmasında sadece burunla sınırlı kalınmayıp yüzün bütün olarak ele alınması ve bu sendromun komponenti olabilecek ek anomalilerin araştırılması önem taşır. Binder Sendromu tanısı ile burun rekonstrüksiyonu yapılan konjenital yüz deformiteli bir olgu sunularak bu deformiteye dikkat çekildi.

Congenital and acquired facial deformities in which the nose is small relative to the rest of the face present a problem in reconstruction. Binder Syndrome is one of these types deformities. Binder syndrome is a facial synostosis in which the deformity is not only limited in nose but associated with facial and vertebral anomalies. For the patients attended with saddle nose like congenital deformity analysis of the deformity and the patient with the components of Binder syndrome has great importance in choosing the right treatment method. By this case report a patient with Binder syndrome was reported to describe this deformity. For this patient nasal lenghtening and tip projection achieved and supported by costochondral grafts placed by closed rhinoplasty technique. It is emphasized that in these types of deformities, correct diagnosis and choosing the appropriate treatment method is important for successful results.
