Bolman and Deal’s Four Frame Theory: Manager’s Leadership Style and Organizational Culture

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between four leadership frames and organizational culture. The sample of this research which used survey model and quantitative techniques composed of 618 teachers working for central Denizli  primary schools and these subjects were selected by proportional cluster sampling. The data of this research was collected by administaring two instruments: “Leadership Orientation Questionnaire (LOQ)” developed by Bolman and Deal (1991) and “Organizational Culture Questionnaire” developed by Terzi (2005). The data collected was analized by employing several statistical techniques including mean, Sperman’s rho correlation tests and standart deviation. After analyzing the data collected, the following findings have been reached: A statistically significant relation has been found between the dimensions of LOQ (Leadership Orientation Questionnaire) and organizational culture.
