Sarkoidoz'un nadir bir tutulumu: Gastrik sarkoidoz

Sarkoidoz, en sık akciğeri ve intratorasik lenf nodlarını tutan multisistemik granülomatöz hastalıktır. Gastrointestinal sistem sarkoidozu oldukça nadir olup çoğunlukla asemptomatiktir. Sarkoidoz tutulumu olduğu şüphelenilen dokudan doku biyopsisi alarak histopatolojik tanı doğrulanmalıdır. Bu makalede uzun süredir tedavisiz takipte olan sarkoidoz tanılı hastamızın epigastrik ağrısı olması nedeni ile yapılan üst gastrointestinal sistem endoskopik biyopsisinde granülomatoz gastrit saptanması sonrası karar sürecini tartışmak amaçlanmıştır.

A rare form of sarcoidosis: Gastric sarcoidosis

Sarcoidosis is a multisystem granulomatous disease with an unknown etiology usually effecting lungs and intrapulmonary lymph nodes. Gastrointestinal system (GIS) involvement is very rare and usually asymptomatic. Furthermore, suspected tissue should be biopsied to confirm histopathological diagnosis. This study presents a sarcoidosis patient who was asymptomatic for many years, presenting with epigastric pain and diagnosed as granulamatous gastritis.
