Bu çalışmada, ekonomik büyümenin belirleyici unsurları arasında yer alan sermaye birikimi, teknolojik gelişme, nüfus artışı, istihdam, beşeri sermaye, gelir dağılımı, enflasyon, işsizlik ve ithalata dayalı ihracat değerlerinin 1980-2011 döneminde ekonomik büyümeye katkısı incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada aynı zamanda Philips Eğrisi Analizi’nin ve Okun Kanunu’nun Türkiye ekonomisinde geçerliliği araştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak 1980-1999 dönemi için Türkiye ekonomisinde Philips Eğrisi uyum gösterirken, 2000-2011 dönemi için Philips Eğrisi geçerli çıkmasına rağmen belirlilik katsayısı çok düşük olduğundan kesin bir sonuca varılamamaktadır

The determinants of economic growth are the following: Accumulation of capital, technologic development, population increase, employment, human sources, income distribution, inflation, unemployment and amount of export depended on imports. In this article, the contributions to economic growth of the above-mentioned determinants are studied between the years 1980 and 2011 in Turkey. In addition, the validity of Philips Curve Analysis and Okun Law in Turkish economy is examined. The result is that between 1980 and 1999 Philips Curve in Turkish Economy is suitable; on the other hand for the 2000-2011 period Philips Curve acceptable but its certainty level is very low, therefore a reliable result can not be obtained
