Yükseköğretim kurumlarında görev yapan eğitimcilerin sahip olduğu kişilik nitelikleri, mesleki ve insan ilişkileri vb. nitelikler, öğrencilerin mezuniyet öncesi ve sonrası yetkinliklerini önemli ölçüde etkileyecektir. Bu niteliklerin eksikliğinden kaynaklanan problemler ise turizm eğitimde farklı kanser noktaları oluşturacaktır. Bu noktada mevcut kurumların sayısını arttırmaktan ziyade, içsel ya da eğitsel gelişmeyi teşvik etmek ve sağlamak son derece önemlidir. Bu araştırma kapsamında da, her ne kadar öğrencilerin öğretim elemanlarının niteliklerini değerlendirmeleri noktasına odaklanılmış olunsa da; öğrencilerin başarı, girişimcilik, duygu ve motivasyonlarını etkileyen farklı kurum içi problemlere ve ihtiyaç dışı eğitim kurumu problemine teorik olarak değinilmesi çalışmanın hedeflerindendir

Personality, vocational and human relations characteristics of instructors work in institutions of higher education will affect before and after graduation competences of students significantly. The problems are caused by lack of these characteristics will create different cancer points in tourism education. At this point, rather than increasing the number of institutions, encouraging and ensuring the internal or educational development in existing institutions is extremely important. In the scope of this study, although focused on the point of students’ evaluation of teaching staffs’ characteristics, also touching on the different internal problems of institutions are effective on achievement, entrepreneurship, feeling and motivation of the students is one of the purpose of the study
