STRATEJİK İNSAN KAYNAKLARI YÖNETİMİNİN İÇ GİRİŞİMCİLİK (GİRİŞİMSEL PERFORMANS) ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİLERİ: KAYSERİ İMALAT SANAYİNDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Örgütsel amaçlara ulaşmada insanın önemli bir kaynak olarak düşünülmesi, insan kaynakları (İK) uygulamalarının stratejik çıktılarla ilişkilendirilmesi noktasında örgütleri harekete geçirmiştir. Böylece, daha büyük bir örgüt içinde insan kaynakları yönetimi (İKY) fonksiyonunun ve rolünün incelenmesine yönelik makro-örgütsel bir yaklaşım olarak stratejik insan kaynakları yönetimi alanı gelişmiştir. Stratejik İKY, yatay ve dikey boyutları olan bir alandır. Bu kapsamda, yapılan çalışmanın amacı; Stratejik İKY'yi kavramsal açıdan ele alarak, stratejik İKY'nin iç girişimcilik (girişimsel performans) üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemektir. Bu amaçlara ulaşabilmek için Kayseri OSB'de faaliyet gösteren ?? sanayi işletmesinin İK yöneticilerine anket uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, stratejik İKY'nin ve boyutlarının, iç girişimciliği olumlu yönde etkilediği, değişkenler arasında pozitif ve anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada, stratejik İKY'yi uygulayarak iç girişimcilik düzeylerini artırmak isteyen işletme yöneticilerine ve bu konuda çalışma yapmayı arzulayan araştırmacılara yönelik bir takım önerilerde bulunulmuştur

EFFECTS OF STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ON INTRAPRENEURSHIP (ENTREPRENEURIAL PERFORMANCE): A SURVEY OF MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY IN KAYSERİ

Considering human as an important source in achieving organizational goals stimulates organizations to integrate human resource management (HRM) with strategic outputs. Thus, strategic human resource management (SHRM) develops as a macro-organizational approach to investigate HRM and its role within a bigger organization. SHRM is a domain that has horizontal and vertical dimensions. The objective of this study is to explain SHRM in a theoretical way and to examine the effects of SHRM on intrapreneurship (entrepreneurial performance). A survey was conducted to attain this aim. Data was obtained from HR managers of each ?? private manufacturing companies in Kayseri. According to the results of analysis, SHRM and its dimensions have effect on intrapreneurship in a positive way. Some recommendations were made for managers who want to increase intrapreneurship (entrepreneurial performance) by applying SHRM and researchers who will study on SHRM in the future
