Politik davranış ve örgütsel adalet algısı arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesine yönelik bir araştırma

Özet: Örgütsel davranış literatüründe politik davranışla ilgili araştırma ve incelemeler giderek artmaktadır. Yöneticiler örgütsel başarı ve örgütün uyum içinde yönetiminde sözkonusu kavramı daha fazla dikkate alma gereği duymaktadırlar. Örgüt üyelerinin adalete ilişkin algıları onların örgüt içinde davranışlarını büyük ölçüde etkilemektedir. Bu bağlamda politik davranış ve örgütsel adalet kavramları çalışmada farklı boyutlarıyla ele alınarak açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Politik davranış ve örgütsel adalet ilişkisini belirlemek üzere bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Anket, farklı sektörlerde farklı alanlarda faaliyette bulunan işletme çalışanlarına uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada politik davranışı belirlemek amacıyla faktör analizi yapılmış ve politik davranışın boyutları ortaya konmuştur. Daha sonra politik davranış ve örgütsel adalet arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak politik davranış ve örgütsel adalet arasında negatif bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir.

A research on determining relationship between political behavior and organizational justice

Abstract: Research and studies concerning political behavior in literature of organizational behavior are increasing in number. Managers tend to need to take this concept in to account more in organizational success and managing the organization in harmony. How organizational members perceive justice affects greatly the way they behave within the organization. In this respect this study deals with the concepts of political behavior and organizational justice from different aspects. A survey was carried out in order to determine the relationship between political behavior and organizational justice. It was conducted on organizational members who work in different fields on different sectors. Factor analysis was carried out in order to determine political behavior, thus explaining its dimensions. After that, a correlation analysis was done to determine the relationship between political behavior and organizational justice. Consequently, a negative relationship was found between political behavior and organizational justice.
