Güreşçilerde Kilo Problemleri ve Çözüm Yolları

Güreş en çok kilo düşmenin yaşandığı ağır b ir spor dalıdır. Güreşçiler zaman zaman sağlığa zararlı şekilde kilo düşmektedir. Antrenörlerde güreşçiyi bir alt sıklette güreştirerek başarı kazanmak için kilo düşmeyi teştik etmektedir. Bu nedenle, bu çalışmada; yanlış kilo düşmenin zararlarını ve doğru kilo düşmenin metotlarını ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Hem fazla kilolu olma, nem de yanlış kilo düşme sporcunun performansını bozmaktadır. Hatta bilinçsiz kilo düşme; dolaşım, karaciğer, böbreklerle ilgili fonksiyonel aksaklıklar meydana getirmektedir, sauna, bunar banyoları, naylon giysiler ve diüretikler kullanılarak kilo düşülebilir. Fakat en sağlıktı kilo düşme alınan besinlerdeki kalori miktarını ayarlayarak ve egzersiz yaparak hatta da 1 kilo vermektir, sonuç olarak, kilosu fazla olan güreşçi; zamanında kilo düşmeye başlaman, ayrıca nem diyetini ayarlamalı, nem de egzersiz yaparak kilo düşmelidir.
