Hemodiyaliz Hastalarında Ağrı Yönetimi

Ağrı mevcut veya olası doku hasarı ile ilişkili hoş olmayan sensoriyal ve emosyonelbir deneyim olup, hemodiyaliz hastalarında oldukça yaygındır. Ağrı, hastaların yaşamkalitesini olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Hemodiyaliz hastaları için mevcut hastalığın tedavisiöncelikli olduğu için ağrıyla ilgili çalışmalar sınırlıdır. Bu nedenle bu derlemenin amacı,hemodiyaliz hastalarında ağrı prevalansı, etiyolojisi ve yönetimi ile ilgili bilgi vermektir.
