Bu çalışma, ihracat işlemlerinde akreditifli ödeme şeklini kullanan işletmelerin özelliklerini, bu ödeme yöntemini tercih etmelerinin sebeplerini ve akreditifli işlemler sırasında karşılaştıkları sorunları Adapazarı ve İstanbul illerinde yerleşik 33 işletme ile yapılan yüz yüze anket yoluyla tespit etmeyi amaçlamaktadır.

(A Practice on Exporter Companies and Payments Via Letter of Credit) This study aims to find out the properties of the companies using L/C in their export operations and the reasons the companies prefer this payment method and the problems they face in L/C process by conducting a face to face survey applied on 33 companies situated in Adapazarı and İstanbul.
