NEW AND ADDITIONAL RECORDS OF RARE FISH SPECIES FROM THE ANATOLIAN COASTS OF TURKEY

In this study, rare fish species observed from underwater observation and amateur fishing activities in the Aegean and Mediterranean have been reported. New and additional records belonging to four fish species were represented: Mola mola and Ranzania laevis were observed from the Aegean and Levant Sea after decades while juvenile Trachipterus trachypterus and Lophotus lacepede were reported firstly in Turkish coasts of Aegean and Levant Sea, respectively.
