Erek Dilin Dilbilgisi Öğretimine Kavram-Temelli Bir Yaklaşım: Anadil Destekli Dil Öğrenme - A Concept-Based Approach To L2 Grammar Instruction: L1-Assisted Language Learning

Bu çalışmanın amacı, tekdilliliğin etkisindeki yabancı dil öğretimine almaşık bir yöntem önerisi sunmaktır. İngilizcenin ana dil olduğu ülkeler, İngilizcenin yabancı dil olarak öğretildiği ülkelere kendi normlarına göre geliştirdikleri yöntemleri ithal etmektedir. Ancak bunların uygulamada yerel koşulların gereksinimlerini karşılayamadığı görülmektedir. Bu nedenle, Anadil Destekli Dil Öğrenme Chomsky’nin Minimalist Programına ve Yapılandırmacılığa dayanarak geliştirilmiştir. Yöntemin amacı, izlencesi, öğretim etkinlikleri, öğretmen ve öğrenci rolleri ile temel işlem süreci, Richards ve Rodgers’ın (2002) modeline göre betimlenmiştir. Bu modelde, İngilizce kipsellik öğrencilerin ana dil kavramlarından yararlanılarak öğretilmiş ve paralel tümceler, ikidilli metinler, dil değiştirme, çift-dil görevleri, ikidilli basitleştirme tabloları, sözcükleştirme/ekleştirme ve çeviri gibi etkinliklerle ana dilin dillerarası bir strateji olarak kullanımı sağlanmıştır.
