A case report of invasive lobular breast carcinoma with invasion to accessory pectoral muscle developed by polio disease

Invasive lobular carcinoma constitutes 12% of the invasive breast cancers and is the second most common malignity of the breast. It is difficult to be diagnosed, clinically and radiologically, which is most likely related to the fact that ILC spreads through the breast parenchyma by means of diffuse infiltration. In this article we report a case of invasive lobular carcinoma, of discussing its invasion to the accessory pectoral muscle which has developed due to polio disease and its preoperative radiological findings
