Erişkinde bronşiyal yabancı cisim aspirasyonu: İki olgu sunumu

Trakeobronşiyal yabancı cisim aspirasyonu, her yaş grubunda görülmekle birlikte erişkinlerde yaygın değildir. Bronşiyal yabancı cisim aspirasyonu saptanan iki erişkin hastayı sunduk. Hastaların her ikisi de yabancı cisim aspirasyonu öyküsüne sahip idi. Yabancı cisim bir olguda sağ ara bronşta, diğer olguda sol ana bronşta lokalize idi. Yabancı cisimler fiberoptik bronkoskopi aracılığı ile çıkartıldı. Yabancı cisimler tavuk kemiği ve sarımsak idi. Sonuç olarak akut başlangıç ve yabancı cisim aspirasyon öyküsünün varlığı bronşiyal yabancı cisimlerin tanısında en önemli faktörlerdir. Fiberoptik bronkoskopi, trakeobronşiyal yabancı cisimlerin tanı ve tedavisinde etkilidir.

Adult bronchial foreign body aspiration: Two case report

Tracheobronchial foreign body aspiration occurs at any age, but it is uncommon in adults. We presented two adult cases of bronchial foreign body aspiration. Both patients had a history of suspicion of foreign body aspiration. Foreign body located in right bronchus intermedius in one patient and in left main bronchi in the other. Foreign bodies were removed by fiberoptic bronchoscopy. They were chicken bone and garlic. In conclusion, acute clinical presentation and the presence of history of bronchial foreign body aspiration are the most important factors in the diagnosis of bronchial foreign bodies. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy is effective both in the diagnosis and removal of foreign bodies.
