Batında Asitle Başvuran Periton Tüberkülozu Olgusu

Periton tüberkülozu tüm asit sebepleri arasında %2 oranında görülmektedir. Periton tüberkülozu en sık primer akciğer tüberkülozunun hematojen yolla yayılmasına bağlı oluşmasına rağmen komşu organlardan direkt yayılımla veya miliyer yayılımla da gelişebilmektedir. Son zamanlarda birçok tanısal test çıkmasına rağmen hala tanı konulmasında zorluklar yaşanılabilmektedir. Bu bildiride asit ile başvuran bir tüberküloz peritonit olgusu sunulmuştur.
