Avusturya Okulu Mikroiktisadı: Dinamik Rekabet ve Girişimsel Keşif Süreci Olarak Piyasa

Bu çalışmada, Avusturya İktisat Okulu’nun mikroiktisat (fiyat) teorisine ilişkin görüşlerinin bazı özellikleri üzerinde durulacaktır. Avusturya İktisat Okulu’nun somut dünyadaki kapitalist üretim düzenini ya da aynı anlama gelmek üzere piyasa ekonomisini açıklamak için geliştirdiği, ve büyük ölçüde yerleşik mikroiktisadın çözümlemesine alternatif olarak sunduğu teorik çerçeve dinamik rekabet ve girişimsel keşif piyasa süreci ya da kısaca piyasa süreci olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Çalışmada öncelikle piyasa ekonomisi kavramının anlamı ve temel unsurları üzerinde durulacak, daha sonra piyasanın iki farklı kavramlaştırılma biçimi olarak neoklâsik fiyat teorisi ile Avusturya Okulu piyasa süreci teorisinin temel özellikleri ya da farklılıkları ele alınacaktır. Avusturya Okulu piyasa süreci teorisinin kökeni Carl Menger’e dayansa da, asıl teorinin oluşumuna katkı yapan üç iktisatçı Mises, Hayek, ve Kirzner’dır. Bu nedenle özellikle bu iktisatçıların yayınlarına odaklanılacaktır.
