KLİNİK OLMAYAN ÖRNEKLEMDE ALEKSİTİMİNİN YORDAYICISI OLARAK DUYGU ODAKLI YAPILAR VE BENLİK SAYGISI

Bu çalışmada, benlik saygısının ve empati, duygusal zeka, duygusal farkındalık, kaygı, depresyon gibi duygu odaklı ölçeklerin klinik olmayan örneklemde aleksitiminin yordanmasında ne derecede etkili olduklarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmaya 18-71 yaşları arasında, 321 kadın, 287 erkek olmak üzere 608 kişi katılmıştır. Çalışmada, tüm katılımcılara A Aleksitimi Ölçeği, Duygusal Zeka Ölçeği, A Duygusal Öz Farkındalık Ölçeği-10, Empati Ölçeği, Pozitif ve Negatif Duygu Ölçeği, Hastane Anksiyete ve Depresyon Ölçeği, Durumluluk ve Sürekli Kaygı Ölçeği, Coopersmith Benlik Saygısı Envanteri uygulanmıştır. Çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi kullanılarak aleksitimi puanın yordanmasında diğer ölçeklerin etkisi incelenmiştir. Aleksitimi puanının yordanmasında çoklu R2 değeri tüm grupta 0,593, kadınlarda 0,627, erkeklerde 0,560 bulunmuştur. Aleksitiminin yordanmasında duygusal zekanın, empatinin, duygusal farkındalığın, pozitif ve negatif duygu durumunun, kaygının ve benlik saygısının etkili olduğu görülmüştür. Aleksitiminin “Duygusal” bileşeninin yordanmasında depresyon, durumluk kaygı ve pozitif duygu durumu puanı istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde etkili olmamıştır. Aleksitiminin “Bilişsel” bileşeninin yordanmasında ise anksiyete, benlik saygısı ve negatif duygu durumu puanı istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde etkili olmamıştır. Kadın ve erkek grupları için işlemler ayrı ayrı olacak şekilde tekrarlanmıştır. Yordayıcı değişkenlerde bazı farklılıklar olmakla birlikte genel olarak benzer sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.
