DESTEKLEYİCİ DİNAMİK PSİKOTERAPİNİN TEMEL STRATEJİLERİ

Dinamik yönelimli destekleyici psikoterapi ruhsal sorunları olan hastaların çoğunun ihtiyaçlarını karşılayabilecek psikoterapötik bir yaklaşımdır. Bu makalede tarif edilen destekleyici psikoterapinin asıl amacı ruhsal sorunları olan bireylerin bilinçdışı çatışmalarını araştırmak yerine ego fonksiyonlarını ve uyumunu iyileştirmektir. Bu nedenle dinamik yönelimli destekleyici psikoterapi, hastanın regresyonunu ve negatif aktarım özelliğini en aza indirirken gerçeklik algısını güçlendirmeye, dürtüselliğini azaltmaya ve kaotik düşünce sistemini netleştirmeye odaklanır.
