Profesyonel Liglerde Görev Yapan Futbol Hakemlerinin Hakemlik Deneyimlerine Göre Benlik Saygısı, Kaygı ve Mesleki Doyum Düzeylerinin İncelenmesi (11. Bölge Örneği)

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye de profesyonel futbol liglerinde görev yapan hakemlerin, hakemlik deneyimleri açısından, benlik saygısı, kaygı ve mesleki doyumu düzeylerini incelemek ve bu değişkenler arasındaki ilişkileri belirlemektir. Çalışmaya profesyonel futbol liglerinde farklı klasmanlarda görev yapan toplam 84 futbol hakemi (Xhakemlik yaşı= 7.98±3.0) katılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama materyali olarak benlik saygısını ölçmek için Cooper Smith Benlik Saygısı Envanteri, kaygı ve kendine güven düzeyini ölçmek için İllions Kendini Değerlendirme Envanteri ve mesleki doyum düzeylerini belirlemek için Minesota İş Doyum Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulguların analizi için, SPSS 15.0 paket programı aracılığıyla, tanımlayıcı istatistikler, bağımsız gruplarda t testi ve Pearson Kolerasyon analizleri uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizi sonucunda, katılımcıların kendine güven düzeyleri hakemlik deneyimlerine göre farklılaştığı tespit edilirken, benlik saygısı, kaygı düzeyi ve iş doyum düzeylerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklar olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca analize tabi tutulan değişkenler arasında anlamlı ilişkiler gözlenmiştir.
