Göreve ve İnsana Yönelik Liderlik Tarzlarının Örgütsel Bağlılık, İş Performansı ve İşten Ayrılma Niyeti Üzerindeki Etkileri

Bu çalışma, liderlik tarzlarının çalışan tutumları üzerindeki etkisini incelemektedir. Bu kapsamda çalışmada, göreve yönelik liderlik ile insana yönelik liderliğin örgütsel bağlılık, iş performansı ve işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkileri incelenmektedir. Araştırma sonuçları liderin göreve yönelik ilgisinin çalışanların örgütsel bağlılığını pozitif yönde etkilediğini göstermektedir. Ayrıca sonuçlar insana yönelik liderlik tarzının duygusal bağlılık ile iş performansı üzerinde pozitif, işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde negatif etkileri olduğunu göstermektedir. Çalışma liderlik davranışları ve çalışan tutumları adına önemli bulgular içermektedir

The Effects of Task Oriented Leadership and People Oriented Leadership Styles on Organizational Commitment, Job Performance and Intention to Leave

The current study explores the effects of leadership style on employee attitudes. In this context the study examines the effects of people oriented leadership and task oriented leadership on organizational commitment, job performance and intention to leave. The results of this research shows that task oriented leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, results demonstrate that people oriented leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment, job performance and intention to leave. Findings of this study have significant implications for leadership behaviours and employee attitudes at workplace.
