Sezeryan operasyonu yapılan hastalarda preoperatif anksyete düzeyi ve postoperatif ağrı arasındaki ilişki
GİRİŞ ve AMAÇ: Doğuma dair anksiyete gebelerde sık rastlanan bir durumdur. Çalışmamızda elektif ve acil sezaryen yapılan hastalarda preoperatif anksiyete durumu ile postoperatif ağrı arasındaki ilişkiyi değerlendirmeyi amaçladık. YÖNTEM ve GEREÇLER: 15 Aralık 2017 - 15 Haziran 2018 tarihleri arasında S.B.U Kocaeli Derince Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Kadın Doğum Kliniğinde toplam 158 acil ve elektif şartlarda sezaryen yapılan hastaya preoperatif HADS (Hastane Anksiyete Depresyon Skalası)'ın anksiyeteyle ilgili soruları soruldu, postoperatif VAS(görsel ağrı skalası) skorları ve analjezik kullanımı değerlendirildi. The Relationship Between Preoperative Anxiety Level and Postoperative Pain in Patients With Cesarean Section
INTRODUCTION: Anxiety related to birth is a common condition in pregnant women. In our study, we aimed to evaluate the relationship between preoperative anxiety level and postoperative pain in patients with elective and emergency caesarean section. METHODS: Between 15 December 2017 and 15 June 2018, a total of 158 patients with emergency and elective caesarean sections at S.B.U Kocaeli Derince Training and Research Hospital, Obstetrics and Gynecology Department were included in the study. The patients were asked questions about anxiety in the HADS (Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale) preoperatively, and VAS (visual analog pain scale) scores and analgesic use were evaluated postoperatively. RESULTS: In patients with high anxiety scores (≥8), the VAS scores and the analgesic use at postoperative 6th hour were higher than those with low scores (
