Delfi Uzlaşı Tekniğinin Hemşirelikte Kullanımı

Delfi bir karar verme ve uzlaşma tekniğidir. Delfi tekniği, bir sorunun çözümü için uzman kişilerin yüz yüze görüşmeler ve bir arada tartışmalar yapmadan bir konu hakkında karar vermelerine ve uzlaşmalarına imkân sağlayan bir tekniktir. Bu tekniğin aşamaları; bir araştırma grubunun oluşturulması, çalışmanın yürütüleceği bir uzman grubunun seçilmesi, uzmanlara yönelik yapılandırılmış bir seri anketlerin uygulanması, anketlerin uygun yöntemlerle değerlendirilmesi, uzmanlara geribildirim yapılması ve uzlaşı sağlanan durumun raporlandırılmasından oluşmaktadır. Delfi tekniği hemşirelikle ilgili uygulama, araştırma, görüş alma, protokol oluşturma, ürün geliştirme, eğilimleri değerlendirme gibi pek çok alanda kullanılabilir. Bu derlemenin amacı; Delfi tekniğinin kullanım alanı ve amacı hakkında genel bilgi vermek ve ülkemizde delfi tekniğini kullanarak yapılacak araştırmalara kaynak oluşturmaktır.

The Usage of Delphi Consensus Technique in Nursing

Delphi is a decision-making and a consensus technique that allows experts to make decisions and reconcile without the need for faceto- face meetings and debates. There are six stages to this technique: creating a research group, choosing an expert group to conduct the study, conducting a series of structured questionnaires made for experts, evaluating the questionnaires with appropriate methods, giving feedback to the experts, and reporting the reconciled result. The Delphi technique can be used during many phases such as application, research, obtaining opinions, forming a protocol, developing products, and evaluating inclinations. The aim of this review is to give general information about the area of usage and aims of the Delphi technique as well as to create a source for future studies in our country that will use the Delphi technique.
