Uyuşturucu Kullanımı Üzerine Sosyolojik Araştırmaların Bibliometrik Analizi

Bu makalenin amacı, 1980’lerden günümüze, Web of Science (WoS) veri tabanında sosyoloji kategorisinde uyuşturucu kullanımı üzerine üretilen bilimsel yayınları, bibliyometri yöntemini kullanarak bilimsel haritalama analizine tabi tutmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, uyuşturucu alanında yayınlanan çalışmalarda öne çıkan temalar, 2000 ve öncesi, 2001-2005, 2006-2010, 2011-2015 ve 2016 ve sonrası olarak dönemlere ayrılarak incelenmiştir. Alanın tematik gelişimi, tüm dönemler boyunca süreklilik gösteren araştırma konuları ve yaygın temalar üzerinden analiz edilmiştir. Bu araştırma, sosyoloji alanında uyuşturucu çalışmalarında suç odaklı yaklaşımın etkili olduğunu göstermektedir

A Bibliometric Analysis of Sociological Studies on Drug Use

The main aim of this article is to analyse sociological literature on drug use in the Web of Science (WoS) index via bibliometric scientific mapping patterns. To this end, we have explored the main themes in drug use researches by creating the following sub-periods: Before 2000, 2001-2005, 2006-2010, 2011-2015, 2016 and after. Thematic evolution of the field is examined through ongoing research topics and common themes in all periods in question. The significant outcome of this research is to demonstrate the impact of crime based approach which dominates the sociological field in drug studies.
