Safranbolu İlçesi (Karabük) Briyofit Florası

Bu çalışma, Karabük ili Safranbolu ilçesindeki briyofit çeşitliliğini belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında araştırma alanına 2013-2014 yılları arasında, farklı mevsimlerde arazi çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmalar süresince 53 istasyondan toplanan 517 briyofit örneğinin değerlendirilmesi ile alandan Marchantiophyta’dan (Ciğerotları) 24 ve Bryophyta’dan (Karayosunları) 154 olmak üzere toplamda, 47 familya ve 108 cinse ait, 178 tür ve tür altı taksonun kaydı verilmiştir. Araştırma alanından tespit edilen taksonların familyalara göre dağılımına bakıldığında, en zengin familyalar karayosunları için Pottiaceae (33), Brachytheciaceae (17), Grimmiaceae (12), Orthotrichaceae (12) ve Bryaceae (10), ciğerotları için Lophocoleaceae (4), Ricciaceae (3), Porellaceae (2) ve Frullaniaceae (2)’dir. En zengin cinsler karayosunları için Orthotrichum (10), Grimmia (6), Tortula (6) ve Brachythecium (5), ciğerotları için ise Riccia (3), Lophocolea (3), Frullania (2) ve Porella (2)’dır. Ancak, çalışma alanından toplanan örnekler arasında Anthocerotophyta’ya (Boynuzotları) ait herhangi bir taksona rastlanmamıştır.Bu bulgular ışığında, 12 tür ve tür altı takson Henderson (1961) Kareleme Sistemi’ne göre A2 karesi için yeni kayıttır. Aynı zamanda Grimmia muehlenbeckii Schimp. detaylı lokalite bilgileri ile birlikte Türkiye’den ikinci kez kayıt edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Briyofit Çeşitliliği, Flora, Safranbolu.
