Arazi koşullarında bazı kimyasal ve biyolojik ajanların Heterobasidion annosum s.l' un mücadelesinde kullanım olanakları

Bu çalışmada, %30’luk üre solüsyonu, boraks tozu ve bir Trichoderma harzianum izolatı, Abies nordmanniana ssp. bornmülleriana dip kütükleri üzerine uygulanarak, Heterobasidion annosum s.l enfeksiyonunu engelleme yetenekleri açısından arazi koşullarında test edilmiştir. Her bir uygulama 20 tekerrürle temsil edilmiş olup, kontrol de dahil toplam 80 ağaç üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Kontrol olarak ayrılan dip kütüklerine herhangi bir işlem yapılmamıştır. Arazi denemesi Ekim 2008’de kurulmuş ve uygulamaların etkililiği, denemenin kurulduğu tarihten 6 ay sonra, uygulamaların gerçekleştirildiği dip kütüklerinden kesilen diskler üzerinde H. annosum s.l’ nun varlığına bakılarak belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, üre, boraks ve T.harzianum uygulamalarının sırasıyla % 96.30, 75.75 ve 44.90 oranlarında koruyuculuk sağladığı görülmüştür. Bu çalışmada biyolojik mücadelede kullanılan antagonist, H. annosum s.l’dan kaynaklanan enfeksiyonu engellemede test edilen kimyasallar kadar etkili bulunmamıştır.

Possible usage of some biological and chemical agents to control heterobasidion annosum s.l under field condition

In this study, the efficacy of 30% aqueous urea solution, borax powder and spore suspensions of Trichoderma harzianumagainst natural infection of Heterobasidionannosum s.l on Abiesbornmüllerianawas tested in the field condition. For this purpose, 20 fresh stumps per treatments were treated with chemicals and antagonistic organism and 20 stumps were left as untreated controls. Totally 80 trees were cut for the field experiment. The treatments were applied in October, 2008 and stumps were sampled 6 months after treatments and discs cut were investigated for the presence of H. annosum s.l. The mean efficacies of the urea, borax and antagonist treatments were 96.30, 75.75 and 44.90% when compared with controls, respectively. Efficacy of biological control agent in the field was not found as much high as the tested chemicals.
