İŞYERİ NEZAKETSİZLİĞİ ÜZERİNE BİR YAZIN İNCELEMESİ A Literature Review on Workplace Incivility

Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütlerde son derece yaygın olan ve giderek artan araştırmalara sahip olan işyeri nezaketsizliği konusunu yazın açısından incelemek ve araştırmacılara işyeri nezaketsizliği konusu ile ilgili bir yazın sunmaktır. Bu derleme sayesinde konuyla ilgili gelişmeler takip edilebilmekte, işyeri nezaketsizliğinin hangi kavramlar ile birlikte incelendiği görülebilmekte ve gelecekte bu konuda araştırma yapacaklar için bir rehber niteliği taşıması beklenmektedir. Bu itibarla, çalışmada önce işyeri nezaketsizliği kavramı ele alınmış, ardından işyeri nezaketsizliği ile ilgili ulaşılabilen 23 çalışma incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak; bu çalışmaların hangi tarihte kimler tarafından yapıldığı, amacı, yöntemi ve sonuçları raporlanmıştır

The aim of this study is to provide a reference for researchers on the concept of workplace incivility and to examine the concept of workplace incivility in terms of literature, which is extremely common in the organizations and increasingly having to searches. By means of this review, developments about workplace incivility and related subjects that examined together can be observed and can be helpful for researchers who want to make research in later times about workplace incivility. As such, first been handled the concept of workplace incivility in the study, then 23 studies were examined which can be accessed related to workplace incivility. As a result; these studies were done by whom at what time, purpose, method, and the results were reported
