Aşı Tedarik Zinciri Süreçleri: Karşılaşılan Sorunlar ve Dijital Çözümler

Salgın hastalıkların yayılımını engelleme yöntemlerinin en önemlilerinden biri aşılama yöntemidir. Aşılama yöntemi kullanılarak salgın hastalıkların tamamen yok edilmesimümkün olabilmektedir.Ancak hastalık veya salgınların önüne geçebilmesi için aşıların tedarik zinciri aşamalarından herhangi birinde soğuk zincirin bozulmaması ve uygun koşullarda işlem yapılmasıgerekmektedir. Aşı tedarik zincirlerinde uygun koşullarsağlanamadığı takdirde bağışıklık oranlarıdüşmekte, aşı fireleri, çevresel atıklar ve bağışıklama maliyetleri artmaktadır. Bu çalışmada aşı tedarik zinciri aşamalarıanaliz edilmiştir. Literatür taraması iletedarik zinciri aşamalarının etkin yönetilmesi için verilmesi gereken kararlar ve Endüstri 4.0 kapsamında kullanılabilecek teknolojik gelişmeler incelenmiştir.

Vaccine Supply Chain Processes: Problems and Digital Solutions

One of the most important methods of preventing the spread of epidemics is vaccination. It is possible toeliminate epidemic disease by using the vaccination method. However, in order to prevent epidemics, the cold chain should not be corrupted in any of the supply chain stages of the vaccines and the vaccines should be treated under properconditions. If proper conditions are not provided, immunization rates in the societydecreases, environmental waste,vaccine loss and immunizationcostsincrease, etc... In this study, stages of the vaccine supply chain is analyzed. Decisionsto be made and technological developments within the scope of Industry 4.0 that can be used to be able to manage supply chain stages efficiently, are examinedby the literature review.
