SAFETY AND OUTCOMES OF PERCUTANEOUS NEPHROLITHOTOMY: COMPARISON OF ELDERLY AND YOUNGER PATIENTS
Introduction: We aimed to evaluate outcomes and complications of percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) in geriatric patients retrospectively. Material and Method: Between April 2011 andJ une 2016, the data of 813 patients who underwent PCNL for kidney stones in the HSU Bozyaka Training and Research Hospital Department of Urology were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were stratified by age: group 1 (18-64), group 2 (>65). At the 1st month follow-up visit, patients were evaluated with plain kidney-ureter-bladder (KUB) graphy. Patients with asymptomatic residual fragments
