ENFEKTE KARACİĞER KİST HİDATİĞİNİN NADİR BİR BULGUSU:DERİ FİSTÜLÜ

Giriş: Hydatik hastalığın başlıca tutulum organı karaciğerdir.Hastalar kistin enfeksiyonu gibi komplikasyonlar ortaya çıkana kadar genelde asemptomatiktir. Kistin enfekte olarak deri fistülüne neden olması nadir görülen bir durumdur. Olgu: 85 yaşında erkek olgu sağ üst kadrandaki fistülden akıntı ile başvurdu. Ultrason ve BT tetkiklerinde deriye uzanarak fistüle neden olan 14 cm.lik hidatid kist bulundu. Olguya kistotomi/kistektomi yapıldı. Sonuç: Karaciğer hidatid kistlerinin neden olduğu deri fistüllerinde nüksü önleyecek definitif cerrahi uygulanmalıdır.

A RARE FINDING OF INFECTED HYDATID CYST OF THE LIVER: CUTANEOUS FISTULA

Introduction: Liver is the most common site for the hydatid disease. Patients are usually asymptomatic until diagnosed when the complications such as cutaneous fistula occur. Cutaneous fistula followed by an infected recurrence cyst is rarely observed. Case: A 85-year-old man presented with cutaneous fistula at the right upper quadrant. Ultrasound imaging and CT showed a 14 cm in diameter hydatid cyst forming an cutaneous fistula. Cystotomy/cystectomy was done. Conclusion: Definitive surgical treatment must be done to prevent cutaneous fistula of hepatic hydatid cyst.
