Jersey Irkı İneklerde CMT Skorlarının ve Skorların Değerlendirilmesindeki Farklılığın Süt Verimi, Süt Bileşimi ve Subklinik Mastitis Tanısına Etkisi

Bu araştırma, Jersey ırkı ineklerde, California Mastitis Test (CMT) skorlarının süt verimi, süt bileşimi ve subklinik mastitis tanısı ile ilişkisini ve test skorlarının değerlendirilmesindeki farklılığın süt verimi, süt bileşimi ve subklinik mastitis tanısına etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada, 51 baş Jersey inekte, subklinik mastitisi belirlemek için CMT uygulanmış, her ineğin tüm meme loplarından alınan süt örnekleri için negatif (-), şüpheli (+1), +2, +3 ve +4 şeklinde skorlama yapılmıştır. Ayrıca süt örneklerinin yağ, protein, laktoz, kuru madde ve yağsız kuru madde oranları ile donma noktası tespit edilmiştir. Verilerinin değerlendirilmesi aşamasında CMT sonuçlarına gör iki farklı gruplandırma yapılmıştır. İlk gruplandırmada negatif (grup 1), şüpheli (grup 2) ve diğer skorlara (grup 3) göre üç grup oluşturulmuştur. İkinci gruplandırma ise şüpheli skorunun CMT pozitif (CMT-I) ve CMT negatif (CMT-II) kabul edilmesine göre yapılmıştır. CMT-I grubunda tüm meme lopları için negatif (-) değer alanlar CMT negatif, her hangi bir meme lobunda şüpheli (+1) ile +4 arasında değer alanlar ise CMT pozitif olarak kabul edilmiştir. CMT-II grubunda ise tüm meme lopları için negatif (-) veya şüpheli (+1) değer alanlar CMT negatif, her hangi bir meme lobunda +2 ile +4 arasında skor alan inekler ise CMT pozitif olarak kabul edilmiştir. The Effect of the Scores and Various Assessments of the Scores for CMT on Milk Yield, Milk Composition and the Diagnosis of Subclinical Mastitis in Jersey Cows

This study was carried out to determine of the relationships between California Mastitis Test (CMT) with milk yield and milkcomposition and also aimed to determine of effects of the various in the assessment of test scores on the diagnosing of subclinicalmastitis, milk yield and compositions in Jersey cows. Totally 51 Jersey cows were examined to determine of the subclinical mastitis byCMT and milk samples collecting from each of the four udder lobes of each animal were taken and scored as negative (-), suspect (+1),+2, +3 and +4. In addition, it was determined for fat, protein, lactose, dry matter, non-fat dry matter and freezing point of milk in thesample. Two different groupings were performed for assessment of the CMT data. To first groupings, three different sub-groupscreating were performed named as negative (group 1), suspect (group 2) and other scores (group 3). Second grouping in evaluate for suspect scores were performed for regarding as accepting scores CMT positive (CMT-I) and negative (CMT-II).
