Ruhsal İyi Oluşun / Ruhsal Sağkalımın Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Üzerine Etkisi

Amaç – Araştırma ruhsal iyi oluşun/ruhsal sağkalımın örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koymayı amaçlamıştır. Yöntem – Araştırma yöntem bakımından nicel bir araştırmadır. Araştırma Ankara ilinde faaliyet gösteren ve mobilya imalatı gerçekleştiren 340 çalışana sahip özel bir üretim işletmesinde yapılmıştır. Araştırma için 230 çalışandan anket formu aracılığı ile veri elde edilmiştir. Bulgular: Ruhsal iyi oluşun örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerinde pozitif yönlü anlamlı etkisi olduğu (β = 0,562, p< 0,05) görülmüştür. Tartışma – Araştırma sonucu gösteriyor ki işin anlamı ve çalışanın takdir edilmesi örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını olumlu yönde etkilemektedir. Araştırmanın tek sektör üzerinden gerçekleştirilmiş olması sonuçların genelleştirilmesini engelleyen önemli bir kısıttır. Sonraki çalışmalarda farklı sektörlerde araştırmanın tekrar edilmesiyle sonuçların çeşitlendirilerek genelleştirilmesi öngörülmektedir.

The Effect of Spiritual Well-being/ Spiritual Survival on Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Purpose – The aim of this study was to determine the effect of spiritual well-being on organizational citizenship behavior. Design/methodology/approach – This research is a quantitative study. The study was carried out in a special production enterprise which is performing the furniture manufacturing with 340 employees in Ankara.
