Kurumsal Enformasyon Sistemlerinde Satın Alma Döngüsü: Bir Kobi Örneği

Kurumsal enformasyon sistemleri, işletmenin tüm süreçlerinin entegre bir şekilde yönetilebilmesine imkan vermekte, veri doğruluğu ve erişiminde kolaylıklar sağlamaktadır. Kurumsal yazılım kısmında, önemli girdilerden biri satın alma siparişidir. Çalışmanın amacı, satın alma operasyonlarına yönelik bilgi teknolojilerini saptamak ve örnek bir işletmenin, satın alma operasyonları inceleyerek, bilgi akışını, yazılım sistemine uygun açıklamak, kullanılabilecek örnek raporları saptamaktır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden örnek olay metodu ile inceleme yapılmıştır. Bu örnek bilgi akışı, ERP sistemlerinde ilgili fonksiyonların kavranmasında ve ilgili eğitimlerde kolaylık sağlayacaktır. Bu vaka çalışmasındaki yaşanan deneyimler ile dikkat edilecekler vurgulanmış, bu süreçlerde başarılı olmak isteyen benzer ölçekteki firmalara öneriler sunulmuştur.

Purchasing Order to Pay Cycle in Enterprise Information Systems: A SME Case

Enterprise information systems help companies to manage their integrated processes, and enable data retrieval, also achieves accurate data. Purchasing order is the one of the essential inputs in enterprise information systems. In this study, we explain the purchase order cycle and information flow, based on enterprise information system architecture. A case company's purchasing operations, information flow and sample reports are examined, case study method is used. This developed information flow will help information system users to comprehend the related functions of ERP systems and serve as a scenario guide in ERP trainings. Also some lessons and important points are emphasized, for the companies who are looking for success.
