ÖZETBu çalışmada Kur’an’daki “fî sebîlillâh” kavramının tahliliniele aldık. Bu kavram Kur’an, Sünnet ve Arap dilinde birçok anlama gelmekle birlikte sonuç itibariyle birbirlerinden çok farklı olmadığı sonucuna vardık. İslâmî terminolojide ilk önce “fî sebîlillâh” ifadesi cihad ve Allah yolunda savaşanlar anlamına gelmektedir. Aslında bu ifade, anlam yönüyle birçok hayır işlerinin hepsini içerir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Kur’an, Zekât, Sadaka, fî sebîlillâh, cihad,hac, temlîk.ABSTRACTIn this study we handled analysis of concept (in the path of God)in Quran. We determined this concept having different means inQuran, Sunnah and Arabic. In fact we concluded that this concept was not much different from each other. In the Islamic terminology, the expression “in the path of God” means in the first instance holy war and fighters for the Islamic faith. In fact this expression includes all sort of charitable works.Key Words: Qur’an, zakat, alms, in the path of God, holy war,hajj, transfer of ownership.
