However they also offer to prevent and improve theirunfavorable conditions.The philosophy of "People, who give something, has superiorty rather thantake it" has been adopted by the people of Baybuıt. By the way, they applied thisphilosophy to their daily life. Although, they have experienced the poverty and faminebefore, these people faced off with them especially when the enemies attacked them.Begging is not an acceptable behaviour, especially for the Muslim people considertheir honour. When enemies attacked to Bayburt, begging started to increase there.Ih,.s ascension has an importance that indicates the level of begging,ln this article, We hope that anyone falls in this bad situation, and our peopledo not forget the emotions such as pertaining to charity, and living for the others. Wealso hope that, our government makes provision in case of protect the people frombegging. ln the light of Bayburt's nice behaviour occurred about a century ago, itsimportance will be mentioned.
