REKABETÇİ ÖNCELİKLER VE FİRMA PERFORMANSI ÜZERİNDE İLERİ İMALAT TEKNOLOJİLERİNİN ARACILIK ETKİSİ

      Bu çalışmanın temel amacı ileri imalat teknolojileri, rekabetçi öncelikler ve firma performansı arasındaki doğrudan ve dolaylı ilişkileri test etmek ve bu ilişkilerin doğasını anlamaktır. Araştırmanın ana kütlesini, İstanbul Sanayi Odasında listelenen Türkiye’nin en büyük 1000 firması arasında yer alan ve metal eşya sanayi, makine sanayi (elektrikli olanlar hariç), elektrik makineleri, aletleri ve cihazları sanayi ile taşıt araçları sanayinde faaliyet gösteren 179 işletmeye ait 229 fabrika oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama süreci sonunda 122 fabrikadan geri dönüş sağlanabilmiş ve bu birimlerden elde edilen verilerle kavramsal modelin geçerliliği yol analizi ile test edilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda ileri imalat teknolojilerinin rekabetçi öncelikler ile performans değişkenleri arasında güçlü bir aracılık etkisine sahip olduğunu göstermiştir.
