ÖRGÜTLERDE İNSAN ENERJİSİ: TEORİK ÇERÇEVE

Günümüz çalışma hayatında işgörenlerin yüksek bir eforla çoğu zaman hızlı bir şekilde çalışarak işlerini yapmak zorundadırlar.  İşletmeler arasındaki rekabetin şiddeti hızlı çalışma temposu ve kaliteli ürün ortaya koymayı zorunlu hale getirmiştir.  Böyle bir ortamda enerjik çalışanların varlığı işletmeler için kaçınılmaz hale gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada insan enerjisi kavramından hareketler örgütlerde insan enerjisi kavramı üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı; örgütlerde insan enerjisi kavramını çeşitli yönleriyle teorik olarak ortaya koymak ve ilgili literatürü zenginleştirmektir. Yapılan çalışma ile uygulayıcılar ve işgörenlerde insan enerjisi konusunda bir farkındalık oluşarak insan enerjisi konusunda nasıl politika ve uygulamalar geliştirilmesi için kaynak olacağından dolayı önemlidir.
