KALKINMA STRATEJİLERİ BAĞLAMINDA DEVLET DESTEKLERİNİN GİRİŞİMCİLİK VE İNOVASYON DAVRANIŞI İLE İLİŞKİSİ VE GİRİŞİMCİLİK – İNOVASYON KÜLTÜRÜNÜN ARACI ROLÜ

Ülkelerin kalkınmasında etkileri olan girişimcilik ve inovasyon davranışlarının ortaya çıkmasında devlet desteklerinin ve kültürün rolünü belirlemek amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada, G20 ülkelerine ait 11 yılı kapsayan veriler kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada GEM ve WB veri setleri ile korelasyon analizleri, betimleyici analizler ve faktör yük analizleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, devlet destekleri ile davranışlar arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişkinin olduğu bunun yanında girişimcilik ve inovasyon kültürü ile davranışları arasında da pozitif yönlü bir ilişkinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca devlet destekleri ile girişimcilik ve inovasyon kültürü arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin var olduğu ve bu ilişkiye göre devlet desteklerinin davranışa dönüşmesinde kültürün aracı rolünün olduğu görülmektedir.

In the Context of Development Strategies; The Relationship Between Government Supports And Entrepreneurship and Innovation Behaviour and The Mediator Role of Entrepreneurship - Innovation Culture

This study conducted with data covering 11 years of G20 countries to determine the role of the state supports and culture in the emergence of entrepreneurship and innovation behaviors that have impacts on the development of countries. Correlation analyzes, descriptive analyzes and factor load analyzes were performed with GEM and WB data sets. As a result of the analyzes, it was found that there is a positive relationship between behaviors and government supports also there is a positive relationship between culture and behaviors. It also shows that there is a meaningful relationship between state subsidies and culture, and this relationship has a mediating role in the transformation of state subsidies into entrepreneurship and innovation behavior.
